Fausto Klinger
Academy & Technical Director
Fausto Klinger is a highly experienced and passionate soccer coach with a USSF “A” License and over a decade of leadership in youth and elite player development. As the Founder and Director of Coaching at NJ Blaze Soccer Academy, he has transformed the program into one of the fastest-growing youth soccer clubs in the Jersey Shore region—expanding from a single team to more than 14, with a reputation for technical excellence and a player-first approach.

Fausto’s coaching journey includes tenures at top-tier academies such as Cedar Stars, Albertson USSF Development Academy, and NY Surf Soccer Club. He is known for cultivating disciplined, tactically intelligent players in both boys’ and girls’ programs, and for mentoring coaching staff to elevate training environments across all levels.

A former professional player himself, Fausto competed internationally and domestically with teams including the NY/NJ MetroStars (MLS), Long Island Rough Riders (USL National Champions), and clubs across Ecuador, El Salvador, and Costa Rica.
Fausto holds multiple elite coaching credentials—including the USSF National Youth License and NSCAA Goalkeeping Diploma—and brings a bilingual, culturally dynamic perspective to every team he leads. With a core philosophy grounded in integrity, mentorship, and a relentless pursuit of excellence, Coach Fausto is committed to shaping both athletes and leaders on and off the field.
George Kavarakas
George Kavarakas is a dedicated soccer coach and former NCAA Division II athlete with over 8 years of coaching experience and a 15-year background as a competitive player. Currently serving as an Assistant Coach for the Georgian Court University Men’s Soccer team, George combines his collegiate and semi-professional playing experience with strategic coaching to develop technically sound, tactically aware, and mentally resilient players.

He holds a USSF National ‘D’ License and has worked across multiple competitive environments—including Georgian Court University, NJ Blaze Soccer Academy, Union SC (UPSL), and European Elite Soccer Camps. George has coached both male and female teams at various levels, and has played an integral role in player development, scouting, and building structured training programs.

As a former team captain and 2016 CACC Champion at Georgian Court, George brings leadership, discipline, and a growth mindset to every program he contributes to. He’s passionate about mentoring student-athletes on and off the field, and committed to fostering a competitive yet supportive soccer culture.
FreddieDeMarco
Freddie De Marco is a veteran youth soccer coach with extensive experience developing players across all ages in the U.S. soccer landscape. With a USSF National C License and an NSCAA Regional Diploma, Freddie has spent decades shaping competitive travel soccer programs with an emphasis on player development, character building, and fostering a love for the game.

He played Division I soccer at Hofstra University and semi-professionally with teams like the Brooklyn Italians, Greek American Atlas, and the Brooklyn Knights. As a coach, he has led initiatives ranging from grassroots instruction to travel team development. Freddie played a key role in building the Brooklyn Italians’ Scuola Calcio program, served as Director of Coaching, and led the 2005 NPL/EDP team as Head Coach. He continues to support the club in a leadership capacity as a Board Member.

Freddie’s coaching philosophy centers on allowing players to learn through experience—encouraging effort, resilience, and fun over perfection. He believes that making mistakes is part of learning and that success comes from hard work and continuous growth both on and off the field. With deep roots in the community and a passion for futsal as a developmental tool, Freddie is committed to helping young athletes become skilled players and even better people.
